frayed

If I can get you to focus on the fraying hat, maybe you won't see the parts of me that are fraying.

Took this kind of as an experiment as to how much does body posture tell you about a person's mood without seeing context or facial expression.  What do you think?

Shot this the other night. This does not do justice to what my eyes saw. In fact I was a little frustrated with how this turned out, but I keep trying.

What I liked about the scene, but have been unable to capture, the lines of the clouds, the light, that beauty happens all around us, even while we work, travel or whatever.

Behind the fence

As I took this picture I couldn't help but think that sometimes the horizon, and the future are on the other side of the fence.  You can see everything, but you can't get at it...

gentle

Golden light, some silver thread.  Warm, delicate, and seemingly gentle.  Unless of course you're a bug and get caught in the web.
