I have posted this here as I don't know how many of my 'regular' blog readers are interested in this. It seems that more and more photographers or anyone who enjoys using a camera in a public place are all of a sudden thought to be suspect of something nefarious.
The U.K. just introduced some downright silly legislation that restricts personal freedom significantly. Of course, what do I know?
Here's a little video of the thoughts of Nick Turpin a photographer in the UK and then a rally of photographers outside the Scotland Yard protesting the new legislation. He reads the actual laws in the first part of the video and explains what this could mean for pros and the average person.
